On top of the hill (that you see in the foto of the lower part at the right side). The building is rotting. Please buy it. Then take action against the extreme highway-fees in Catalunya, so the road infront of your door will be relieved of transit.

 

No deconstruction in Montgat. The smaller towns surrounding Barcelona in general take much more care of their old buildings. But this doesn't mean there is no modern architecture, rather it is that modern architecture hidden in the countryside of Catalunya (or take Girona) is very contemporary. Especially it seams that this kind of modern style has learnt from traditional architecture and integrated some concepts without being retrospective, but being progressive in the real sense of the meaning.
